His decision to run comes from a desire to use his experience and perspective to address Maui’s most pressing needs, beginning with water.
Jon believes that being willing to learn from experience, acknowledge past mistakes, and listen to the community are important qualities in public service. He wants to bring a grounded and practical voice to the County Council—one focused on results rather than political division.
